BIOGRAPHY
In the 1850 census Wilmot Jackson is married to Rose, age 25, born in
Ireland. It's possible this may be her nickname and she is the
Azenah McGee who married Wilmot Jackson in 1844. In the 1860 census
Wilmot has a different wife, Laticia/Leticia, born in New York. In
both censuses he works as a rigger, and was
probably employed at one of the ship yards. It should be noted that
the ages for the children in the 1860 census are completely erroneous,
with the older children enumerated as the younger ones.
